French Toast Casserole

Ingredients
- 1 loaf brioche or other thick soft bread
- 1 container of strawberries
- 8 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 4 tbsp melted butter cooled
- Optional: Whipped cream, maple syrup
Instructions
- Dice bread into cubes
- Mix up eggs, vanilla, milk, butter
- Spread bread cubes into 9x13 pan
- Pour egg mixture over bread
- Gently mix bread with egg mixture so it is well coated
- Diced up strawberries put in separate container
- Let bread mix and strawberries both sit at least four hours or overnight in fridge
- Bake at 350 for 45-60 minutes until egg mixture is thoroughly cooked
- Serve with strawberries, whipped cream, and syrup
